Saddle Pad Dressage No 3

To celebrate our history, we are relaunching one of Back on Track’s earliest models – but now updated, improved and with enhanced effect!

The No III saddle pad is minimalist and timeless: elegant black with a quilted pattern consisting of small squares. The innovative, anatomically tailored fit – by now a Back on Track classic – means that the saddle pad follows the contours of the back, with a clear lift over the withers to avoid pressure points.

The straps have been replaced by foam-filled padding that keeps the saddle pad in place under the saddle and prevents it from sliding backwards.

The inside, closest to the horse, is fully lined with Welltex® technology, integrated into our Power Waffle fabric – the material that emits the strongest reflection of infrared energy (FIR). The effect is further enhanced by a layer of Welltex® material in the filling.

Welltex® gives the saddle pad the ability to reflect the horse’s body heat in the form of infrared energy (FIR), which has a deep, therapeutic effect on muscles and joints. FIR is known to stimulate circulation and can therefore help reduce muscle tension and keep the back muscles warm and flexible during training and performance. This in turn can also contribute to a reduced risk of injury.
